Locations
Kirkland: 157-bed, standalone psychiatric hospital, composed of six units providing specialized treatment for mental health and co-occurring disorders, as well as detox services for both adolescents and adults.
Everett: 30-bed adult general psychiatric unit located on the 7th floor of the Providence Medical Center’s Pacific campus.
Monroe: 34-bed unit on the campus of Evergreen Health Monroe.
Our LPN is a licensed practical nurse who prescribes & coordinates patient care through collaborative efforts with health team members in accordance with the nursing process and the standards of care and practices. Under the supervision of an RN, the LPN must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care, based on physical, psycho/social, educational, safety, and related criteria, appropriate to the age of the patients served under the supervision of RN.
Qualifications LPN Job Requirements:
- Graduate from an accredited program of licensed practical nursing required.
- Preferred one year of experience working in a psychiatric inpatient setting.
- Successful completion of CPR, First Aid, Handle with Care, and Verbal De-Escalation Certifications, which are provided during Fairfax new hire training.
