Key Responsibilities:

As an RN with Total Care Connections, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and companionship. Your duties will include:

Providing personalized in-home care and support for all activities of daily living
Assisting with healthcare needs, including catheter care, medication management, IV management, and more
Helping clients with ambulation, personal hygiene, and physical therapy exercises
Ensuring exceptional service as outlined in each client's customized care plan

Requirements:

Valid RN License in Arizona
CPR & First Aid Certification
Recent TB Test
Ability to use your own vehicle during work hours with valid insurance and a driver's license
Open availability preferred
Willingness to undergo a Criminal Background Investigation, Motor Vehicle Driving Record check, and Pre-Employment Drug Screening
