Description:

The registered nurse is responsible for assessing, planning, executing and evaluating the total care of patients in the radiology department, functioning in conjunction with radiology technologists and radiologists in the general diagnostic, special procedures, nuclear medicine, ultrasound, computerized tomography, magnetic resonance imaging, mammography, and cardiology.

Licensure/Certification/Registration: Current state license

Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

Experience: Radiology background required.

Special Qualifications: ACLS/PALS/CPR

III. Degree of Supervision Required: Directs her/his own activities under the guidance of the

Radiologist and Director of Radiology
