Remote work from home. Team of self-motivated clinical care team members that review, triage, and work patient requests. This team works from standing orders to the top of their licensure to complete patient requests efficiently and timely. Provides instruction to patient as ordered by the provider or put in place by the standing order regarding treatment and/or medication. Maintains and reviews patient records, charts and any other pertinent information, communicating as appropriate. Communicates plan of care to the patient.

Job Description
The In-basket clinical coordinator will report to the In-basket Lead. Under general supervision,
the In-basket clinical coordinator will be the first line of contact. A single in-basket for this team pools all primary care requests from physicians and patients. Items such as patient advice requests, result notes, refill encounters, prior authorizations, refill errors, and all other items. The CMA/LPN working team pool allows them to handle these items for primary care to the top level of their licensure. This position can be a hybrid role—potential to travel to different clinics.
Minimum Education and Experience:
Graduation from a recognized Licensed Practical Nursing program and licensed as an LPN within the state of South Carolina or a compact state.
One year of LPN experience preferred. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) required, either a certification from an American Heart Association (AHA) BLS for Healthcare Providers (or AHA recognized equivalent) or an American Red Cross CPR/AED for Professional Rescuer and Healthcare Provider.
