Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), 10,000 Bonus

Haven Homes, a 5-star rated senior care campus, is hiring Full-Time and Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team. In addition to generous benefits, we are offering up to a $10,000 Sign-On Bonus!

We moved into our premier 149-unit independent living, assisted living, TCU and long-term care senior health & living campus in December 2020. We are located a mere 12 miles from Ridgedale Mall, just off Hwy 12 in Maple Plain.

There are Part-Time (Day & Evening & Every Other Weekend) positions available. There are Full-Time (Day) positions available. You will work a varied scheduled including every other weekend.

FT Hours: 6:00 am to 2:30 pm
PT Hours: 6:00 am to 2:30 pm; 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm
Every Other Weekend Hours: 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm

Part-Time is eligible for a $5,000 Bonus. Full-Time is eligible for a $10,000 Bonus.

Nurse responsibilities:

Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response.
Manages medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.
Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
Notifies Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary.
Performs additional duties as required.

Nurse skills and requirements:

Must have MN LPN License and be in good standing.
Prior LTC experience preferred.
Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
Self-starter with a desire to be a part of a team.
