Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne is seeking dedicated RNs to join our esteemed Neuro Med Surg team. Cutting-edge Care: Our Neuro Med Surg unit consists of 20 beds, catering to patients with medium to high acuity levels. You'll have the opportunity to work with critically ill patients, such as stroke, seizure, neurologic disorders or post-op neuro or back surgery.
Dynamic Environment: As a part of our team, you'll navigate a fast-paced and challenging environment that encourages critical thinking and swift adaptation.
Team Collaboration: Success in our unit hinges on teamwork. We are seeking team players who can contribute to providing top-notch patient care.
Qualifications and Requirements: To excel in this role, you'll need an ASN minimum, a valid Indiana RN license, and BLS certification within 90 days of hire. Additional certifications will be completed within 90 days to 6 months from hire. Whether you're a new grad or an experienced RN, we welcome candidates with diverse backgrounds.
