Unique School Nurse Opportunity

Are you a dedicated and compassionate School Nurse seeking a rewarding new role? Soliant Education is excited to offer a unique opportunity to join our team and make a significant impact on students' health and well-being. We are looking for a skilled School Nurse to provide essential support to students in schools near Albany, OR (97321).

Key Responsibilities:

Provide nursing care to students, including administering medications, managing chronic conditions, and addressing acute health issues.
Conduct health screenings and assessments to identify students' medical needs and ensure their health and safety.
Develop and implement individualized health care plans for students with specific medical needs.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support students' health and academic success.
Maintain accurate and confidential health records for students, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
Provide health education and guidance to students, staff, and families on a variety of health-related topics.

Qualifications:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Oregon.
Previous experience in a school setting or working with children is highly desirable.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with students, families, and educational staff.
