Position: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) - Home Health
Location: Corvallis, Oregon
Compensation: Starting at $35/ hour, Depending on experience, Open to Negotiation!
What You'll Do:
- Provide direct patient care in a home health setting, following individualized care plans.
- Monitor patients’ health by assessing vital signs, administering medications, and reporting any changes to the supervising nurse.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and treatment plans to support their independence.
- Assist with wound care, catheter care, and other medical procedures as required.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care and patient safety.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and services provided.
What You'll Bring:
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience as an LPN
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable, insured vehicle
