$7500 Sign on Bonus

Silver Creek Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking an experienced and compassionate Assistant Director of Nursing to join our dedicated healthcare team. As the Assistant Director of Nursing, you will work closely with the Director of Nursing to ensure the highest quality of care is provided to our residents. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the overall success of our facility and make a positive impact on the lives of our residents.

Qualifications:

Active RN license in RI or multistate RN
Leadership experience in a skilled nursing/long term care setting.
Strong knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and regulations.
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Ability to effectively manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
Proficiency in healthcare software and computer applications.
CPR and First Aid certification.
Understanding of person-centered care and a commitment to exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to oversee the delivery of comprehensive nursing care services.
Assist in hiring and onboarding nursing staff to maintain adequate staffing levels.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback to nursing staff.
Assist in developing, implementing, and evaluating nursing policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and monitor key performance indicators.
Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and professional growth.
Support the Director of Nursing in maintaining relationships with residents, families, and healthcare providers.
Assist in coordinating staff education and training programs.
