What You'll Do:

Provide direct nursing care to residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and dignity.
Assess resident needs, develop care plans, and implement appropriate interventions.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate resident care and ensure optimal outcomes.
Educate residents and their families on health-related topics and provide emotional support as needed.

What We're Looking For:

Current California RN license in good standing.
Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred.
Strong clinical skills and ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to providing compassionate care to our residents.
