Responsibilities Nursing Supervisor - Full Time, Overnights
This is a full time, 40 hour per week Nursing Supervisor position. This is an overnight position and requires working every other weekend.

Responsibilities
- Provide nursing leadership in managing the operations of the hospital
- Collaborate with nursing management to provide clinical leadership as well as cohesive and consistent nursing plans for 24/7 operations
- Manage staff and hospital census to ensure clinically sound care
- Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment
- Provide milieu management

Requirements
- Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Minimum 2-3 years of RN experience
- Previous RN management, supervisory, or leadership experience
