Nurse Manager for a 38-bed long-term care unit.

Mon-Fri Day position – the 40- or 32 hours workweek

·Supervise all nursing operations, including employee activities and quality of patient care.

Assist in the development and implementation of patient care programs, policies, and procedures.
Ensure that each patient's needs for nursing care, treatment, and services are properly assessed, evaluated, and met during a two to four-week average length of stay.

Job Requirements

2 years in a Skilled Nursing Community is required.
Must have an RN/LPN license.
Excellent knowledge of computer programs, including Microsoft Office
Open and driven communications skills
Willingness to contribute to our culture.
Superior time management skills
Prefer experience with discharge planning.
