Position Details:This is a full-time permanent position with travel within the defined territory, offering stability and growth opportunities. As a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) with Vantage Surgical Solutions, you'll play a pivotal role not only in the operating room but also in inventory management and regional logistics efforts, which may involve the movement and setup of equipment.

Qualifications:

Graduation from an accredited surgical technology program.
CST Certification required for some states (obtainable within 90 days of employment).
CST or TS-C
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
Proficiency in basic computer skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Capability to complete overnight travel 2-3 nights weekly.
Collaborative mindset and ability to work well within a team.
Ophthalmology Experience a plus!
