Lakeside Generations is hiring a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Charge Nurse! In addition to generous benefits, we are offering a $10,000 Bonus! This is a Full-Time, benefit eligible position available. Shift: Evening (2:00pm to 10:30pm)

Full-Time is eligible for a $10,000 Bonus. Bonus payout will be discussed in the interview.

Charge Nurse (RN) responsibilities:

Display an attitude of courtesy and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
Function as a team member with other staff in performance of duties.
Manage medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.
Administer medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response.
Implement individual plan of care for resident and monitors staff providing care.
Notify nurse manager, attending physician, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary.
Order lab, x-ray, ambulance, and other services as necessary.
Receive, transcribes, and carries out physician's orders.
Participate in direct resident care as needed.
Admit, transfer, and discharge residents according to procedures.
Monitor nursing personnel on duty during the assigned shift.
Perform additional tasks as requested.

Charge Nurse (RN) skills and requirements:

Current MN Registered Nurse (RN) License required.
Must have strong nursing and leadership skills.
Strong critical thinking skills and ability to make sound decisions.
Excellent customer service skills.
Takes pride in delivering quality outcomes and services to our residents.
