Arnold Walter Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking compassionate and skilled RN Supervisors to join our team and support the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) in providing exceptional care to our residents.

Responsibilities & Duties:

Assist Leadership: Work closely with the DON and ADON to oversee and direct the daily operations of the Nursing Department, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
Ensure Compliance: Monitor nursing services to ensure staff adhere to job descriptions and high standards of care.
Participate in Inspections: Assist during facility surveys conducted by authorized government agencies.
Daily Rounds: Conduct daily rounds to ensure nursing staff meet performance and care standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Valid RN License: Must hold a current RN license in the State of New Jersey.
Experience: At least 2 years of progressive nursing experience in Long Term Care, with a preference for those with managerial experience.
Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
COVID-19 Vaccination: Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
