We're currently seeking compassionate Certified Home Health Aides to join our team and make a difference in the lives of those we serve.

Responsibilities:

As an HHA, you'll play a vital role in enhancing the well-being of our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

- Personal Care Assistance: Provide support with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility for individuals with physical limitations.

- Medication Management: Ensure clients take prescribed medications correctly.

- Meal Preparation: Prepare nutritious meals aligned with dietary restrictions.

- Vital Sign Monitoring: Regularly check blood pressure, pulse, and temperature for clients with specific medical conditions.

- Mobility Assistance: Help clients move safely within their homes.

- Light Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized living space.

Requirements:

- NJ Home Health Aide License: Current and in good standing.

- Experience: Preferred but not required.

- Driver’s License and Auto Insurance: Must have a reliable vehicle.

- Work Authorization Documentation: Able to provide proper documentation.

- Physical Ability: Capable of standing, walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 pounds), and assisting clients as needed.

- Verifiable Work References: Two references required.

- Reliability and Punctuality: Be dependable and punctual.
