Good Samaritan Hospice, a mission of Concordia Lutheran Ministries, provides compassionate home care, facility based, and inpatient hospice services to our patients and their families. Our home care coverage area spreads throughout several counties in Western Pennsylvania with inpatient locations in Wexford, Cabot, and Beaver. The Good Samaritan Hospice team works together to provide relief through pain control and symptom management, while offering emotional, social and spiritual support for the patient and family. Good Samaritan Hospice, an entity of Concordia Lutheran Ministries, is seeking full time Admission Nurses (RN) to do admissions for our patients in our service territory. This is a full time position working Monday through Friday with a weekend rotation.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Current RN license in the state of Pennsylvania
Demonstrates excellent clinical skills
Solid computer skills
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Outstanding communication skills (both written and verbal)
Reliable independent means of transportation with a valid Pennsylvania driver’s license
