What will you do as a Registered Nurse Assessment Coordinator (RNAC)

Prepare assessments for our residents at our facility to ensure the services they receive are appropriate and effective.
Evaluate and identify changes in our residents' conditions and initiate appropriate steps.
Ensure compliance with Medicare and Medicaid programs.

What you need as a Registered Nurse Assessment Coordinator (RNAC)

Licensed as an RN
Previous experience in a long-term care facility
Previous MDS experience
