Caregivers Needed- Immediate Start ! (Full-Time and Part-Time)

We are seeking caregivers to join our independently owned and operated national agency.

We have clients needing care ASAP in Montgomery. Interview today and start work immediately (upon successful completion of orientation)!

SYNERGY HomeCare offers:

Applicant Minimum Requirements:

18 years of age or older
High School Diploma or GED
Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
Valid Driver's License (no I.D. cards)
Valid Automobile Liability Insurance
Working vehicle to get to/from assigned visits
Ability to Lift 25 lbs.
Personal or professional experience.

SYNERGY HomeCare is looking for individuals that are compassionate, social, trustworthy and service-minded. This is an autonomous position: individuals who are self-motivated and willing to learn.

As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:

Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
Assistance with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
Assistance with all activities of daily living and incidental activities of daily living
Memory Care (Alzheimer's / Dementia)
Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently caring for our clients
