Caregivers- Weekends Needed

** We are currently hiring for serval clients in the Northwest Suburbs. Part time and full time shifts available. We have shifts ranging in 4 hours/day-12 hours/day-make your own schedule! We focus on finding a long-term fit that matches your comfort level and experience. We want this to be a good fit for you too!

Job Types: Full time/ Part time

Experience: 2 year minimum required

Expected hours: 15-40 per week

Work location: In person

Responsibilities:

Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency
Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside ( doctors appointments, walks etc.)
Assist clients with personal care and hygiene
Be a pleasant and supportive companion
Do the client's shopping or accompanying them when they shop
Help clients take prescribed medication
Preform light housekeeping duties that clients can't complete on their own
Plan and prepare meals with assistance from the clients ( when they are able)
Report any unusual incidents

Skills:

Good time management skills
High school diploma or equivalent
Knowledge of housekeeping activities and cooking with attention to dietary constraints
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Physical endurance
Proven experience as a caregiver
Respectful and compassionate
Strong ethics
Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards
