We are seeking a(an) Surgical Technologist OB for our team to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care. Did you get into our industry for these reasons? Job Summary and Qualifications

To assist the RN and/or physician in providing quality, age specific, direct and indirect care as delegated and supervised by the RN of physician, consistent with the vision, mission, and philosophy of patient care services and Memorial Health. Responsible for scrubbing, assisting, and anticipating the needs of the surgeon in all surgical procedures. Assists in setting up and operating appropriate instruments and equipment for surgical procedures. Responsible for maintaining the aseptic surgical environment before and during the surgical procedure. Actively involved with the preparation or the OR suite prior to case, throughout the date and end of shift closedown of the room and redistribution in instruments, supplies and equipment. Complies with the Memorial Health Compliance Program, related policies and procedures and the Code of Business Practices; reports instances of perceived and actual non-compliance to Team Leader or through other reporting mechanisms

What qualifications you will need:

Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
