Our impressive growth continues across the MidAtlantic, we are currently recruiting a License Practical Nurse to help us to continue to provide top quality care for our patients at South Jersey Fertility Center at our location in Marlton, NJ.

Hours: Mon - Friday 8 hour shift between 6:45 am - 5 pm, Weekend rotation on Sat and Sunday (as needed) you will be provided a day off during the week for working the weekend. Sat hours 6:45 am - approx 3 pm Sunday hours (as needed).

South Fertility Center has and exciting opportunity for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in our Marlton, NJ office.

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

Will report to the Lead Nurse.
Evaluate and assess patient’s health care needs based on patient’s signs and symptoms utilizing established triage protocols and guidelines.
Obtain appropriate input and direction from the provider, as needed, to determine best clinical course of action and recommendations for specific patient health care.
Schedule patient's appropriate for procedures and appointments.
Accurately document symptoms/complaints, nursing assessment, advice provided and patient/caller response in EMR. Follow policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure consistency and departmental effectiveness as well as improve health care outcomes of patients/callers and their access to appropriate health.
Phone triage, review labs, return patient phone calls, document charts.

Order medical supplies as needed.
Hours will be M-F. Weekend rotation required.

Qualified candidates will have experience as a Licensed Registered Nurse, CPR certification, and a minimum of 1 year experience working in a medical facility, preferably in an OB/GYN/Fertility setting. Knowledge of CPT coding, lab specific order sets, and eClinicalWorks are beneficial.
