RN, Clinical Supervisor - Acute Medical Unit | 7p-7a

This full-time opportunity offers 36 hours per week, full benefits, and a night shift schedule.

This position also qualifies for a sign-on bonus of $15,000

Aiken Regional Medical Centers, located in Aiken, South Carolina, is a 273-bed acute care facility providing quality healthcare to the residents of Aiken and surrounding communities. Aiken Regional Medical Centers has been ranked a top hospital in South Carolina by the Carolina Center for Medical Excellence for its treatment of heart attack, heart failure and pneumonia. Services provided at the hospital include emergency medical care, orthopedic surgeries, maternity, and behavioral health services. Job Duties:

Assumes shift responsibility and accountability for the planning and provision of direct and indirect nursing care to the patient, family, care partner and appropriate others. Coordinates multi-disciplinary team members, directs and facilitates nursing staff in obtaining safe, optimal health care outcomes. Supports activities that meet the facility vision, mission and goals. Provides professional leadership and support to the healthcare team. The concepts of Patient Centered Care will provide the foundation for all nursing care. Demonstrates Service Excellence standards at all times.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program. Current license to practice nursing in South Carolina (or eligible to receive or renew). Minimum of two years experience required. Previous supervisor experience preferred.

BLS (Required upon hire). CPI training (within 6 months).
