Glenridge is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in providing exceptional care to our residents in a long-term care setting. As a CNA at Glenridge, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents through direct care and support.

Job Description:

The Role: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Provides patient care under the supervision of an RN following applicable scope and standards of practice and with the policies, values, and mission of the organization.

32 hours per week
shift is 2 PM to 10 PM

The Opportunity:

MaineGeneral Rehabilitation & Long Term Care at Glenridge specializes in Memory Care services. They provide skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and long-term care to residents with a diagnosis of Alzheimer's or other forms of dementia.

The Work:

Performs basic patient care activities within the scope of practice. Assists patients with meeting their emotional, physical, and spiritual needs
Greets patients and visitors. Answers, screens, and routes telephone calls. Calls codes, pages, and overhead announcements as requested
Reports abnormal findings or changes in physical, mental, and emotional conditions to nursing staff
Assists with keeping unit and patient rooms stocked, clean, and orderly

You Have:

A valid CNA certificate from the State of Maine
Excellent communication skills
