At Mimbres Memorial Hospital and Nursing Home located in beautiful Deming, New Mexico, we take caring for people very personally. Located in the heart of the historic Old West, there are plenty of things to see and do around Deming!

Job Summary:

LPN - Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, provides direct resident care, evaluates outcomes, completes reports and documents activities and resident response to care.
RN - Under direction of the Director of Nursing, supervises and ensures the continuity of resident care performed on all shifts.
Is a member of the health care team.
Administers medications and treatments as ordered and supervises the performance of the Certified Nursing Assistants.
Patients need care 24/7 and facility employees must be available to provide that care.
Employees are to care for patients regardless of the patient’s personal characteristics.

Qualifications:

Graduation from an accredited LPN or RN Program.
One year experience as a LPN or RN preferred.
NM LPN or RN License.
Current BLS Certification or obtain per policy upon hire; maintain current BLS Certification.
