Here's what you can expect from this position:

No Dialysis experience required: We provide comprehensive training, whether in a facility or training clinic different from your eventual home clinic.
Flexibility: Expect to float between clinics during and after your training, with a schedule that includes mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

What you'll bring to the table:

Building relationships: Forge meaningful connections with patients and families in a close-knit outpatient setting.
Teamwork: Be part of a supportive team in a positive environment.
Broad skillset: Utilize a range of nursing skills to care for patients with complex needs.
Leadership: Oversee patient care with the support of PCTs, ensuring smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

Education: Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N) preferred.
Experience: While not required, experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg can be beneficial.
Certifications: CNN or CDN certifications are a plus.

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
