Location: Destination Aesthetics (El Dorado Hills, CA)
Full-Time Opportunities Available; Our operation hours are - Sunday: Closed , Monday - Thursday: 9:00 am - 5:30 pm, Friday: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, *Saturday: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. (*Open one Saturday per month, please check with your desired work location to confirm the upcoming Saturday operation date for the month)

Responsibilities:

We are currently hiring Certified Medical Assistants to work as Client Concierge/Patient Care Coordinators for locations in El Dorado Hills, Folsom, and Roseville.

This individual assists patients in a professional, accurate, and courteous manner using multiple platforms of patient communication and in-person verbal communication.
Ensures the patient /client feels welcome to the practice.
Monitors and modifies provider’s schedules as necessary to maximize efficiency and client experience.
Effectively rooms and preps patients for service appointments.
Effectively assists Providers with patients in the back office. Responsible for back office inventory and restocking: medical supplies, injectables supplies, etc.

Requirements

Previous client facing experience, preferably in a medical aesthetics setting.
Must have the ability to understand the goals of the practice and work to create the plan of action to obtain the goals independently.
Professional experience and attitude with the ability to relate well with patients, physicians, employees, and other professionals.
Strong business acumen and superior organizational skills.
Must have the ability to handle confidentiality issues.
Dedicated to vision and practice goals.
Highschool Diploma or equivalentrequired
Medical Assistant Certification preferred
Open availability (this is a 40 hour/week position. Must be able to work 1 Saturday a month)

Benefits are available after thirty (30) days of full-time employment.*
