Our Clinical Nurse Leader role provides Registered Nurses the opportunity to utilize their leadership skills while also being a part of the bedside care team. Our CNLs have a passion for mentorship, education, and are adept at deciphering the needs of the unit to ensure quality patient care is given with adequate resources. Does this sound like you? Unit Information:

Will work with our Labor & Delivery, Mother Baby, NICU, PICU, Peds, & Women's Care Units.

Requirements:

Education: Graduation from a qualified, nationally-accredited nursing program.

Experience: One (1) year of nursing experience in an acute care setting required. Two (2) years of nursing experience in an acute care setting preferred.

Licensure or Certification: Current RN licensure permitting work in the state of Arizona, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. Additional certifications may be required per department.
