36 hrs bi-weekly

7:00 AM - 7:30 PM

Includes every third weekend & holiday rotation

Sign on bonus included

Fulton County Health Center is looking to add a Registered Nurse (RN) to their team.

The ideal candidate is someone who:

• Is a team-player and collaborative

• Is passionate about patient-centered care

• Has good communication skills and can adapt to change

The Staff Nurse, under general direction and in accordance with hospital standards and policies, will be responsible for coordinating and evaluating the nursing care for an assigned number of acute care patients; perform a variety of professional nursing duties, do related work, as required, and supervise LPN and PCT staff on the patient care team. Supervisory ability, good judgment, innovation, discretion, effective verbal ability, clerical perception, comfortable being assertive, interested and active in own growth, and willing to explore own behavior are all essential. Practices in regard to accepted Standards of Practice and Ethics. Must be flexible enough to adjust to staffing changes dictated by patient care requirements.

Requirements

Must be a graduate of an accredited professional nursing program and hold a current RN license from the State of Ohio Board of Nursing. Preference is given for specialized training in all areas except Med-Surg, which is an entry level position. Able to provide nursing care requiring specialized knowledge, judgment, and skill derived from the principles of the biological, physical, behavioral, social and nursing science.
