Pain Center - Clinical Nurse Leader

Full Time 36 hours, Day Shift
Shift: 9 hour shifts
Start Times: Variable , starting at 7am.

Qualifications

What you need:

BSN required
Massachusetts Registered Nurse Licensure required
BLS for Healthcare Providers and ACLS required
3-5 years experience in Med-Surg/Telemetry environment required
Prior experience in a Pain Management/Interventional Pain Setting-required.
Excellent patient assessment skills
Excellent critical thinking skills
Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work with patients, staff and providers to support operational goals
Show evidence of the basic analytic thinking necessary to care for a group of patients
Ability to demonstrate observational skills and the ability to set priorities
Ability to adhere to all I.C.A.R.E. standards
