Mile Bluff Medical Center is currently seeking candidates to fill an open night shift full-time Hospitalist position with a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.

Mauston is centrally located in southwestern Wisconsin on Interstate 90/94, approximately 73 miles to Madison, 140 miles to Milwaukee, and 215 miles to each Chicago and Minneapolis.

Qualifications:

Graduate of a nationally accredited Physician Assistant program or Nurse Practitioner
Must fulfill licensure requirements as a Physician Assistant or Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber in the State of Wisconsin
ACLS and BLS required
No J1 Visas

About our Medical/Surgical Department and Services:

Average patient census =10-15 patients.
Not required to do any procedures.
Rounding on patients, evaluating and entering orders for new admissions.
Managing any patient condition changes throughout the shift.
