Seattle Children's Hospital is excited to announce an interview day/hiring event specifically for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA). This is a virtual interview day, and will take place on Thursday, September 7th, 2023 from 10:15am - 1:30pm PST.
In order to be considered for these jobs, you need to be available to interview on the date listed above, and if you are offered a position you would need to be available to begin employment by late Spetember 2023 or early October 2023. If you are not available to inteview on the required Interview Day or begin working at the timeframe listed above then we encourage you to apply at a later time. This CNA application is typically posted in the first or second week of each month, and available for around two to three weeks.
We currently have a variety of different CNA openings available hospital-wide which can potentially include the following departments: Ambulatory, Medical, Surgical, Cancer Care, Float Pool, Hematology/Oncology, PACU, and Intensive Care. Some departments may not have CNA openings at this time.
Weekends Only NOT AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME****
The following schedules and 8-12hr shifts are available:
Full-time positions (36-40 hours per week)
- 0 FTE (80 hours per bi-weekly pay periods)
Part-time and per-diem positions (0-24 hours per week)
- 6 FTE (48 hours per bi-weekly pay periods)
0.75 FTE (60 hours per bi-weekly pay periods)
0.9 FTE (72 hours per bi-weekly pay periods)
Day Shift positions (7:00am - 7:00pm)
Evening Shift positions (3:00pm-11:00pm)
Most of these positions require working an occasional weekend from time to time

Our Hiring Process: After careful review of all applications, a smaller group of candidates will be selected to move forward in the interview phase of the hiring process. If you are selected to move forward, you will be contacted by email with an invitation to interview. You will have 48 hours to respond back and confirm your interview. If we haven't heard back from you within the 48 hours, we will move forward with other candidates.
Remember, all newly hired CNAs must be available to start work with an active NAC LicenseIf you are not selected for this group of interviews, we would welcome your application again for any of our future CNA interviewing events. The CNA role at Seattle Children's provides care to patients under the direction of a Registered Nurse or Physician by applying their knowledge and skill to provide appropriate interactions with staff, patients, and families of all ages.

This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.

Seattle Children's offers annual incentive pay based upon performance that is commensurate with the level of the position.
