Established in 2019 with 4 licensed beds, the hospital cares for more than 9,000 people, performs more than 1,500 cardiac catheterizations, and performs more than 600 electrophysiology procedures each year. Additionally, The Heart Hospital McKinney spans 35,000 square-feet and contains 22 ambulatory beds, 2 catheterization labs, 2 electrophysiology labs, and an outpatient nursing unit. The hospital also offers a variety of non-invasive services, including high-speed cardiac CT, ultrasound, and the full complement of other non-invasive cardiology testing. Also, The Heart Hospital McKinney is directly attached to the Baylor Scott & White Medical Center McKinney general acute care facility. Specialty: Invasive Cardiology, Cath Lab RN
Shift/Schedule: Full Time| Day Shift 4/10’s w/ call (residing within 30 min of facility)
Cases per day: 10-12
Case Types: EP Procedures, Ablations, placement of Implants, Defib, Pacemakers and more.
*Note: Candidates must have previous high-level RN Cardiovascular PCU/ CVICU experience. Preferred nursing experience in EP LAB/Cath LAB.

At least two years of Cardiovascular RN experience
Bachelor of Nursing Degree (BSN)
License/Certification
o Registered Nurse (RN)
o Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)- Required within 30 days of hire
