Nurse Practitioner – Make a Difference Where It Matters Most

Location: Port St. Lucie, FL, Florida

Job Type: Full Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $180,000.00 - $200,000 per year + benefits

Job Duties:

Provide comprehensive, compassionate care to patients across the lifespan
Diagnose, treat, and manage a wide range of acute and chronic health conditions
Emphasize preventive care, wellness coaching, and patient education
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that includes physicians, behavioral health specialists, and care coordinators
Perform routine physicals, well visits, health screenings, and follow-up care
Utilize a user-friendly, integrated EMR system to document and coordinate care
Participate in population health initiatives and quality improvement programs

A Master’s or Doctoral degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
National certification (FNP preferred) and current or pending Florida NP license
A passion for whole-person, culturally sensitive care
Experience in a primary care or family medicine setting (new grads encouraged to apply!)
Comfort working independently with physician support available as needed
Strong communication skills and a desire to build long-term relationships with patients
