Position: Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: Langdon Place of Keene, 136A Arch St, Keene, NH 03431

Sign on Bonus - $7,500

Available Shifts:

Night Shift: 11:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. with additional shift differentials available.

Available Shifts:

Night Shift: 11:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. with additional shift differentials available.
Weekend Warrior and Per Diem RN positions available. - sign on bonus not incuded.

Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to residents.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor and assess patient conditions, and collaborate with the healthcare team to adjust care plans as needed.
Educate residents and their families about health management and care plans.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and facility policies.
Provide leadership and support to nursing staff, and act as a liaison between residents, families, and the healthcare team.

Requirements:

Valid RN license in New Hampshire.
Strong clinical skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Prior experience in long-term care or a similar setting is preferred but not required.
