· CNA to CMA: Transition from a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) with our tailored programs and guidance.

· CMA to LPN: Build on your skills and knowledge as you advance from a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with our educational support.

· LPN to RN: Reach your full potential by progressing from a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to a Registered Nurse (RN) with our career development opportunities.

Job qualifications:

· High school diploma

· North Carolina CNA certification

Responsibilities:

· Assist with daily living activities and personal care.

· Monitor vital signs and maintain records.

· Support mealtime and medication management.

· Provide emotional support and companionship.

· Collaborate with the healthcare team.
