The Registered Nurse is a key component of The BridgeWay clinical team providing direct patient care. The RN’s responsibilities include conducting patient assessments, medication management, accurate documentation, milieu management, team leadership skills, and crisis intervention and health education to patients/families.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

1. Current nursing license.

2. Current CPR/BLS and Handle with Care (HWC) certifications or must obtain within three (3) weeks of date of hire (offered onsite).

3. Preferred one year of experience working in a psychiatric inpatient setting with patients aged 5-65yrs+.
