$5,000 Sign-On Bonus for External Candidates

Bettendorf, IA

M-F 8a-5pm

Responsibilities

Conduct initial patient assessments, including medical history, current symptoms, and vital signs.
Utilize clinical judgment to prioritize patient needs based on urgency and severity of conditions.
Provide patient education on health management and disease prevention.
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to determine appropriate care plans.
Assist in coordinating patient appointments and follow-ups.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Respond to patient inquiries via phone and in person, offering guidance and support.
Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care processes.
Ensure adherence to infection control and safety protocols within the clinic.

Qualifications

Education:

Graduate of an accredited program for Registered Nurse
High school diploma required if work is performed in a complex CLIA lab.

License(s)/Certification(s):

Current license to practice nursing in the State of Iowa for Registered Nurse.
BLS
