Position: Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: Briarcliff Manor Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing Care
Salary: $50 - $52 per hour

As an RN, you will be a key part of our care team, ensuring the well-being, comfort, and safety of our residents. We're seeking candidates with strong leadership, excellent communication, and organizational skills, who are dedicated to delivering compassionate, person-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update patients’ medical records while monitoring vital signs.
Supervise nursing staff, ensuring smooth daily operations and workflow.
Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, nursing assignments, and patient care plans.
Oversee patient admissions, transfers, and discharges to ensure efficient processes.
Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to the nursing team.
Collaborate with doctors and administrators to ensure optimal patient care.
Communicate policy or procedural updates to staff in a timely manner.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and procedures.
Record patient care activities and ensure accurate documentation.
Respond promptly and efficiently to emergencies or unexpected issues.

What We’re Looking For:

A valid RN license in the State of New York.
Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
Exceptional customer service, organizational, and communication abilities.
