Licensed Practical Nurses needed. Full time and Part time. Current New York License a must. Responsible for a 40 resident unit with the support of an RN Unit Manager, another LPN and CNA's. All shifts available. Putnam Ridge is a 160 bed Skilled Nursing facility consisting of a short term rehab unit, a dementia unit and 2 long term units. We are located at the top of beautiful Mount Ebo Road North in Brewster, NY. Our staff is pleasant, caring and kind. We offer an excellent salary and benefit package including tuition reimbursement.

Whether you are just starting a career or have years of experience, come join our team!! We are hiring Full time and Part time LPNs for our Day shift 6:45am - 3pm, Evening shift 2:45pm - 11pm and Night shift 10:45pm - 7am.

Qualifications/Specifications:
1. Must have excellent skills in both verbal and written communication.
2. Must be team oriented and possess the ability to work well with others.
3. Must maintain current LPN License

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Up to $37.50 per hour

* Payrate varies based on years of experience.

Sign-on bonus available to full time status.

we offer tuition reimbursement. We will cover monthly train pass and provide taxi service between the Brewster train station and the facility.
