Shift Type: Committed part and full-time positions, morning and afternoon shifts.

What we do? We provide non-medical, in home care for seniors and people with disabilities to help them thrive in their home.

$16.50 - $18.00 per hour compensation

We do our best to help make the lives of our clients better, easier and happier, and most importantly, to be able to stay in their home with thier favorite things.

Responsibilities and Duties:

We help our clients stay at home by not only performing personal care, but we help their household run smoothly. We help with cooking and light cleaning and helping with the necessities, with examples below.

Assisting with transferring/moving client from place to place throughout their home
Performing light housekeeping, helping with kitchen duties and laundry
Preparing meals and snacks according to instructions
Accompanying client on errands or medical appointments
Bathing/Showering/Dressing/Shaving
Medication reminders
Dementia care
Companionship activities such as reading, music, puzzles, etc.

Qualifications:

High school graduate or G.E.D. certificate
Must be able to lift/move 40 lbs without assistance
Possess a valid driver’s license and mode of transportation
Pass state mandated background check
Pass a pre-employment phyisical and drug screen testing
Have a current TB test
Be willing to drive a 15-mile radius to client's home
