Novant Health is seeking a full-time Certified Nurse Assistant to join our Cardiac ICCU at Huntersville Medical Center!

Schedule: 7 pm - 7 am, Night shift, Full-time
Department: CICCU
Location: Huntersville Medical Center – Huntersville, NC

Certified Nurse Assistants (CNA) are responsible for providing safe, continuous quality patient care, Providing and documenting assistance to patients with activities of daily living and maintenance of a safe and clean environment under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse within the CICCU. Our CNA's serve as a member of a remarkable healthcare team by establishing an authentic, personalized relationship with the patient and their support system.

Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or GED required.
Experience: One year preferred.
Licensure/certification/registration: Completion of NAI program required. Listed with the nurse aide registry as an NA I required. Medication Safety - AME required. NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units required.
Additional skills preferred: Basic computer skills for documentation.
