RN Supervisor – Part-Time - 3rd Shift – Solon Pointe

We are currently hiring experienced RN Supervisors for Part-Time 3rd Shift. These roles are essential to maintaining the high standard of care our residents deserve. Candidates must be willing and able to work the cart as needed.

About the Role:
As an RN Supervisor at Solon Pointe, you’ll lead the overnight nursing team and ensure safe, compassionate, and therapeutic care is provided to all residents. You’ll coordinate with physicians, families, and the full healthcare team from admission through discharge.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support nursing staff in delivering direct care, including medication administration, wound care, assessments, and accurate documentation.
Oversee day-to-day activities of Nursing Assistants to ensure resident care plans are followed.
Step in to provide hands-on care as needed — including working the med cart.
Promote a team-centered, respectful, and accountable work environment.

What We’re Looking For:

Current, unencumbered Ohio RN license and CPR certification.
Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility.
Strong communication skills, critical thinking, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Familiarity with state, federal, and regulatory requirements related to long-term care.
Willingness to lead by example and work on the floor as needed.
