The Value You’ll Bring To The Team

Establishes and prioritizes patient care based on nursing assessment and patient/family needs in collaboration with the healthcare team.
Directs and implements a plan of care for all patients based on the medical and nursing diagnoses identified during the initial assessment and ongoing assessment.
Assures the documentation of the patient’s response to the medical and nursing plan of care in all areas of the electronic medical record in compliance with established nursing standards and protocols.
Performs a cardiovascular assessment according to Standards and Protocol.
Performs neurological assessment according to Standards and Protocol.

Minimum Qualifications

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

Graduate of school of nursing with a minimum of an Associate of Science degree or diploma. Active Florida RN license required or active multi-state RN license. Maintain BLS Certification<span class="EOP SCXW88037815 BCX8"
