Weekend Registered Nurse, RN (Home Health Visits)
PRN/Per Diem positions available for Saturday and Sunday visits in Flagler and/or Volusia County

Depending on location, we can serve a census of anywhere between 250 - 1000 patients and growing. Due to our size, growth and footprint, there is plenty of room for advancement in all our branches. Are you a Registered Nurses who provides the highest quality of care for patients in a professional and compassionate manner? We want you! You use all resources available to them to manage the medical needs of our Home Health patients. You will work with other disciplines needed to maximize the patient’s outcome, be a patient advocate, and communicate with the primary Doctor, Clinical Team Manager, and other team members to manage the patient’s care. This rewarding job allows you to be a part of patients’ lives and make a huge difference for them every day!

PRN/Per Diem employees are eligible for:

Qualifications:

Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing and currently licensed in the state(s) in which practicing.
1 year nursing experience preferred.
Acceptance of philosophy and goals of this Agency.
Ability to exercise initiative and independent judgment.
