Resident Assistant/HHA/CNA NIGHT SHIFT

Traditions at Brookside is seeking to hire a Part-time Evenings/Nights Resident Assistant. The caregiver responsibilities include:

Provide direct resident care in accordance with each residents individualized plan of care
Documentation of care
Promote resident rights and honor residents’ choice
Engage residents in meaningful activities utilizing company memory support programs
Maintain a clean and safe environment for all residents
Promote and support teamwork

Our experienced and established team is seeking a caregiver who values teamwork, a friendly work environment and providing high quality service to our assisted living population. The caregiver must enjoy serving others with care and compassion!
