We’re offering a $10,000 sign-on bonus for Full-Time CNAs and a $5,000 sign-on bonus for Part-Time CNAs, paid evenly over 26 pay periods! That’s $384.61 per pay period for Full-Time and $192.30 for Part-Time! What’s Available?

8-hour shifts-Full-Time, Part-time or everyother weekend

Is there a shift differential?
Yes! We offer shift differentials for PM and NOC shifts – more details can be shared during the interview.

As a CNA at Madison Health and Rehabilitation Center, you’ll work closely with our Director of Nursing Marcia and Nurse Managers to provide high-quality care to our residents. You'll assist with daily activities, ensure their safety, and offer compassionate support to make each day better for those we care for.

Requirements:

Active WI Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license
Great customer service and communication skills
Passion for working with the aging population
Ability to work rotating weekends
