Whether you're a stay-at-home parent wanting part-time hours while the kids are in school, a semi-retired professional looking to stay active, or someone seeking fulfilling work helping others, Right at Home Twin Cities and South Suburbs has opportunities for you! We provide non-medical in-home care for seniors, including light housekeeping, meal preparation, laundry, and transportation to appointments or errands. Many of our Clients need help with vacuuming, mopping, or getting to the store—tasks that keep them independent but have become difficult due to mobility challenges. We offer set and consistent schedules. With shorter shifts (mostly 2-4 hours) and Clients matched within 10 miles of your home, this is a perfect job to build around your availability. If you're compassionate, dependable, and looking to make a difference, we'd love to have you on our team!

Caregiver Benefits:

Caregiver pay starting at $18/hr
Travel time ad mileage– $0.67/mile when using your vehicle for a Client (only between clients on the same day)
Part-time hours available – build a schedule that works for you
Shorter shifts (mostly 2-4 hours) – perfect for flexibility

Caregiver Tasks (but are not limited to):

Light housekeeping (vacuuming, mopping, laundry)
Meal preparation
Transportation to appointments and errands
Basic personal care (ADLs – activities of daily living, such as helping with socks or lotion)
