Earn Up to $1,350 in BONUSES!

$500 New Hire Bonus
For caregivers who are HCA registered, have a recent negative TB test (within the last 3 months), and valid I-9 documents.
→ Paid after 20 hours worked in first 2 weeks and 240 hours worked in first 90 days.
$500 Refer-a-Client Bonus
Get rewarded when you help someone you know get care.
→ Bonus paid after 150 billed hours.
$250 Refer-a-Caregiver Bonus
Know someone great? Refer them!
→ Bonus paid once your referral works 60 hours.
$100 Caregiver of the Month Bonus

To start working, you must meet CA State requirements:

State Background Check (Live Scan)
Negative TB Test
COVID Vaccination
Home Care Aide (HCA) Registration
Don’t have your HCA? We’ll pay for it!
