Regional Nurse Consultant

We are recruiting for a Regional Nurse Consultant to provide direction and support to the Clinical Directors at each facilities who maintain the highest quality standards of care.

Develops and maintains a working knowledge of all policies and procedures pertaining to the position, the department, and the personnel.
Supports facilities' in achieving or exceeding Company objectives.
Identifies and solves operational problems related to all areas.
Effectively manage QA processes, clinical documentation, and care oversight.
Track QA data and support community with areas of improvement.
Identify development needs and supports development plan while ensuring all mandatory training is completed on time.
Effectively manages vendors and contracting where care is concerned.
Reviews and investigates concerns and takes action to resolve them.
Ensure accurate and appropriate care levels for residents in the region.
Manage knowledge of state compliance and regulations within the community, monitor surveys, deficiencies, and complaints for each facility.
Ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
Promote customer services and build a positive culture.
Support hiring, retention, and engagement processes.

REQUIREMENTS

Must be currently license by the State Board of Nursing to practice as a Registered Nurse.
Must have nursing leadership experience in Long Term Care.
